Offshore equipment dismantling

At our Vlaardingen yard, we often get large objects that need to be dismantled, including offshore equipment.

Having reached the end of its life cycle, this particular part was no longer fit for purpose. Being too heavy to transport by road, it was shipped on a pontoon and hoisted onto our quay.

The offshore equipment was subsequently expertly dismantled by the Hoffland company. The resulting materials are sorted by type and processed into secondary raw materials, which are used to make new metals.

This circular supply chain can be applied infinitely, enabling us to keep working on making the world a better place.
